New
chairs for tabernacle
(December
2007) The campground has received a gift of over 350 chairs for the tabernacle. Through arrangements by Ron Mitchell,
the Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church in Knoxville has purchased new chairs and has donated their present ones to us.
We are thankful for this gift. They are a big improvement!
Tabernacle now has new wood
ceiling
(July
2007) The tabernacle now has a new tongue and groove ceiling that has improved the looks as well as the acoustics of the interior.
The new insulation will help the heating and air unit work more efficiently.
Basketball Court Finished
(June 2007) A new
basketball court, with dimensions the same as a regulation high school court, has been built between the tabernacle and
Unit D (dorm). The court is paved with new movable goals. What an improvement over the dirt courts of the past.
